Seafood breakfast Salad

Get your ingredients delivered to you via


  • Prawns
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Quail egg
  • Baby spinach 
  • Sesame seed
  • Olive oil

Toss the shrimp with vegetable oil. Arrange on the grill and cook until pink and just firm. ( about 2 mins per side )

Boil quail eggs & remove shell.

Transfer to bowl with sliced up ingredients.

Toss to coat with favourite salad dressing.

Add cheese according to preference.
